Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely views of the mountains, but the overall service was lacking. While the inside pool was a nice highlight, other areas such as the dining experience and access to taxis left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
My family's stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the indoor pool was clean and a decent size, other aspects like room maintenance and overall service left a lot to be desired. The breakfast area was unsanitary, and various features of the hotel, like lighting and Wi-Fi, were far from satisfactory. Given these issues, I can't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
I stayed at this hotel for four nights while on a birdwatching tour in Bolivia. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to help us, especially during a difficult time when roads were blockaded. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views, but the hotel's location is quite far from the city center, which might not be ideal for those wanting to explore. However, the dining options were enjoyable and plentiful.
I recently stayed for four nights as part of a birdwatching tour and was quite taken by the friendly service I received throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious and boasted lovely views of the mountains, but I did face some challenges concerning the service at times. The dining choices were fairly good, but there were moments of confusion due to road blockades that left us more reliant on the hotel. While the gardens provided a nice spot to spend our time, the hotel’s distance from the city might be a consideration for some travelers.
I had mixed experiences at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was generally quite good. On the other hand, the service was lacking, and the location was far from the city, making it difficult to explore without a taxi. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, it could use improvements in service and accessibility.
